Located on the site of the original Knowle Park, there are over 60 plots next to the former location of Knowle Spring House, the original home of the Taylor family. This house was demolished in December 2007 to make way for a new brewery office.

The allotment association have a plot which was cleared in December 2007. A poly-tunnel was bought and erected over the summer of 2008 and is now used as a community resource.
